You can write with a pencil, biro, Lumocolor pen, a Sharpie or a chinagraph pencil on the high-tech paper and it won’t get washed off. We’ve used the best quality materials and state of the art production techniques to create an item than can be used as a teaching tool, a general-purpose notebook, a timing card and most importantly to accurately take and record grid references on the three most popular map scales in the UK.

Whilst the book is waterproof I was disappointed in myself as I thought that I could wipe the permanent marker off with acetone as per my maps. Not your fault

Real waterproof paper, well..it is not paper it is a plastic material.
I tried to destroy It, in different ways, but I can’t .
I left It submerged for a couple of hours, and tried to rip It, is was not possible.

Great idea and I’m happy with it, however I think it would be better smaller so easy to fit in a pocket and should be able to clean pages.
(We decided that the pages should not be able to be wiped clean so that the book could be used for contemporaneous notes or to record key decisions – Shaven Raspberry)
